Answer: Sustainability and Scale, Lack of Knowledge, Pace of Change, Funding Changing Roles and Norms

Answer : Convince the users, Offer something extra, Use active language, Get the location right, Use white space, Use alternative colors, Size matter

Answer: I think it is 80%
